We are looking for a resource with experience in Integrated Logistic Support activities, to join our team as ILS Engineer. Specifically, the resource will be involved in several complex Defence Programs, supporting the ILS Manager, and will be responsible for technical manuals writing, technical customer support and program management support activites as well as test solutions implementation. Main responsibilities: •Design of comprehensive logistics support solutions, encompassing ILS concepts, spare parts and Special Tools and Test Equipment sizing and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA);. •Produce, update, and edit technical content of various types, such as documentation of assembly instructions, operating procedures about the use of machinery and equipment, standard operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and supporting documentation. •Collaborate close with various business functions, including engineering, safety, quality, and archives to ensure that technical documents accurately reflect the company's specifications, safety protocols, quality criteria and filing standards. •Translate complex technical information into accessible content that meets business needs and adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and clarity. •Identificate obsolescences and management of all actions necessary for resolution through continuous communication with all relevant parties •Ensuring that all deliverables fulfill quality standards. Main requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical, Aeronautical or a related field. •Knowledge of ILS concepts and methodologies. •Proficiency in MS Office tools. •Quality approach, strong analytical skills and attention to detail. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as capacity to actively work in various international teams. •Ability to work effectively in a business environment. •Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. •Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2/C1). Nice to have: •Previous experience on radar and electronic warfare systems in the defence industry will be considered as a plus. The workplace will be in ROME.
