We are looking for an Engineering Delivery Manager with a structured mindset and strong project coordination capabilities, to oversee project engineering activities and ensure alignment with delivery timelines and cost objectives. The role focuses on the coordination of engineering activities in close synergy with Program Management, Finance, and cross-functional teams—ensuring shared visibility on objectives, progress, and priorities throughout the project lifecycle. Main responsibilities: • Plan and manage engineering delivery with a focus on timelines, cost control, and resource allocation. • Collaborate with Program and Finance teams to monitor progress and financial performance. • Supervise the management of engineering work orders and timekeeping records. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of project breakdown structures (WBS). • Track and report on project KPIs. • Schedule and lead regular review meetings to ensure visibility on performance and risks. • Support Agile planning sessions to evaluate capacity and progress. • Create and maintain essential project documentation, including the logbook and risk register. Main requirements: • Master's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent. • Proven experience in structured companies, preferably within the Defense sector. • Demonstrated experience in Earned Value Management and financial tracking. • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SAP, Excel, and related tools. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
