We are looking for a PCB Designer to be part of the Microwave and Power Electronics Unit. Specifically, the resource will contribute to the development of next-generation electronic systems for critical defense applications. Working within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and specialists, this role will be actively involved in the complete design cycle of high-speed and RF printed circuit boards—from initial concept to industrialization. Main responsibilities: • Develop complex PCB layouts for high-speed digital and RF/mixed-signal applications. • Evaluate circuit requirements and select appropriate materials and technologies. • Creation and management of manufacturing documentation. • Collaborate during prototyping and early production stages, providing engineering support to ensure design intent is met. • Contribute to PCB design and routing for digital, analog, and RF circuits, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and layout constraints. • Maintain and revise documentation for legacy designs, ensuring traceability and consistency across product life cycles. Main requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent technical diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications. • Skilled in PCB design and production, ensuring technical accuracy, low cost, and efficient manufacturing. • Experienced in using CAD/CAE/CAM platforms for PCB design. • Familiarity with materials, assembly, and quality control in electronics production. • Familiarity with industry standards (such as IPC, MIL, UNI/ISO). • Ability to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders in a concurrent engineering environment. • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus. • Good English communication skills.
