For a position of strategic importance, we are looking for a resource with more than 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, to be incorporated into the team of an important partner in the aerospace and defence sector that boasts more than 15,000 engineers. Specifically, the resource will be involved as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the Space Business Unit and will be responsible for supporting the Head of Quality Management System in implementing, managing, and monitoring the Business Management System. The candidate should possess in-depth quality management skills, including experience in ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certification, as well as a solid understanding of supply chain quality. Main activities/ responsibilities: 1. Implementation of the Business Management System: • Actively collaborate in defining and implementing corporate governance processes. • Develop procedures and documentation related to key business processes. 2. ISO Certification: • Manage the certification and recertification processes according to several standards (such as ISO 9001, EN 9100, etc.). • Coordinate activities with certification bodies. 3. Supply Chain Quality: • Oversee the qualification and requalification process for suppliers. • Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Conduct audits at suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements. 4. KPIs and Monitoring: • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business processes. • Regularly report results and propose improvements to optimize performance. Main requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance disciplines. • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in the aerospace or technology sector. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards. • Skills in managing certification and recertification processes. • Advanced skills in supply chain quality management, including supplier qualification. • Ability to conduct internal and external audits. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Results-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
